wow what an expert :)
he said that you need hold down shutter button in half way to change aperture :) this is of course not truth.
in Av mode to change aperture all you need to do is scroll fron whell… no need to hold shutter button.
this functionality is so old as canon 300D

It’s much easier than what he is saying. just adjust the aperture with the ‘main control dial’ and then take your photo. No need to hold down half way.
